Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Quezon City. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining sales strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. The Account Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and regular reporting on account performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and develop customized solutions
  • Understanding of market research and market analysis
  • Experience in ICT products and technology solutions is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
