
Corporate Sales Manager

- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Sourcing corporate clients within and outside the area.
- Generates leads through telemarketing, online searches, network, fieldwork etc.
- Client visits to introduce the company and product.
- Schedules and product presentations and demonstrations to clients as needed.
- Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of accounts receivable (AR) 30 days past due.
- Setting KPI target performance for Sales and Margin.
- Monitoring of branch aging items and inventory level.
- Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are implemented and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
- Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted on time.
- Handle all complaints promptly and thoroughly.
- Monitoring and approval of branch expenses and transactions.
- Reporting to higher management the branch performances once a month.
- Disseminate information from higher management to employees and vice versa
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate of BSIT or any related course
- With 1-3 years' experience as Corporate Manager
- With experience in IT Industry is a must.
- People Management & Leadership skills
- Amenable to work in One Ayala, Makati
