As a
Corporate Finance Officer/Associate
at URC, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and business growth initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, forecast business performance, and provide insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.

What Are The Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support investment analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
  • Interpret financial statements, market trends, and business data to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Business Units to align financial models with company goals.
  • Assess the feasibility of new projects, acquisitions, and expansions through detailed financial analysis.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial models by continuously updating assumptions and methodologies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to support financial and operational decisions.

What are the Qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineer
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis (preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , financial modeling tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of financial statements, valuation methods, and investment analysis .
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Open for IE graduates with interest in Corporate Finance.
  • One (1) full-time position available
