About the role

Alldigitech Manila is seeking a talented Customer Healthcare Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Based in our Taguig City Metro Manila office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the care and assistance they deserve.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  3. Identifying and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team or department
  4. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers on our products and services
  5. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to quickly address customer concerns
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
