About the role
Alldigitech Manila is seeking a talented Customer Healthcare Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Based in our Taguig City Metro Manila office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the care and assistance they deserve.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team or department
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers on our products and services
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to quickly address customer concerns
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
