About the role

Seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. This full-time position is located in Taguig City, Metro Manila and requires at least 1 year of prior experience in a healthcare-focused customer service role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience every time.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online channels
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to management
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare-focused customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
