About the role
As a Customer Healthcare Representative - Patient Care Coordinator at Alldigitech Manila, you will be a key member of our growing patient care team. In this full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our healthcare clients and their patients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation and make a real difference in people's lives.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy
- Responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information and guidance
- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments as needed
- Assisting with the coordination of patient care and treatment plans
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions
- Escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members as required
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- With or without BPO experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and provide solutions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer care and making a positive impact on people's lives
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A relevant degree or certification in healthcare, customer service or a related field is desirable
