Role Description
This is a permanent role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily tasks including responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires addressing customer service issues and enhancing the overall customer experience. This is an onsite role located in
McKinley Hill, Taguig.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Service Representatives.
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and enhance the Customer Experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience with customer service software or tools is a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- HS Graduate or Bachelor's degree
