About the role

Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our exceptional healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and assistance to our clients and their patients, ensuring a seamless experience. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound calls and emails from clients and patients in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer service
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Continuously learning and developing your skills to provide the best possible customer experience

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to professional development
