About the role

Join our thriving healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO) team as a Spanish Bilingual Representative - Quality Analyst. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients. As a Spanish speaker, you will leverage your language skills to provide high-quality support and analysis to our growing customer base.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide excellent customer service to our healthcare clients through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Analyse call recordings to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
  3. Offer support and guidance to customer service representatives to enhance their performance
  4. Contribute to the development of training materials and QA processes
  5. Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
