About the role

We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Representative to join our vibrant team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. in our Taguig City office. In this full-time role, you will be providing exceptional customer service and support to our Spanish-speaking clients within the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound phone calls from Spanish-speaking customers seeking information or support
  • Assist customers with a variety of inquiries, including billing, claims, coverage, and account management
  • Provide clear and accurate information to address customer needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
