Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocation Diploma/Short Course/Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 1-2 Years working experience in related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
- Complete the daily responsibilities that are set for each individual shift
- Prepare, cook and present food efficiently and quickly
- Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
- Familiar with kitchen reports (Inventory, Receiving reports, yielding)
- Available to start anytime
- WIILLING TO BE UNDER AGENCY

Basic Function:
- Supervises production of all pastries, cakes, bread, desserts and sugar/chocolate decoration items, creativity, guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Always maintain food production in good hygiene.
- Safety procedure for all equipment.
- Ensures proper storage of all goods.
- Prepares pastry items according to orders received.
- Has knowledge in baking.
- Ensures cleanliness of all equipment, utensils and work area with safety procedure.
- Prepares all pastry items in the highest possible quality and at economical costs.
- Prepares standard recipes for the approval of the Executive Chef and insures that production is done accordingly at all times.
- Prepares requisition for all goods needed daily.
- Checks event orders daily, check banquet to make sure no food items are missing.
- Upgrade new creative desserts, pastries as per the market in pastry and bakery with new product.To ensure all production of sugar and chocolate design pieces.
- Performs other duties assigned on his daily production.
- Works closely with engineering to keep all equipment proper maintained.
- Makes sure all his staff follow proper hygiene and safety regulation.
- Changes presentations and decorations in outlet needed.
