Sales Account Executive

Responsible for driving revenue through the sale of banquet/event spaces and guest rooms. This role involves identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals and contracts, and conducting regular sales calls and client visits. Execute overall account strategy to generate business for the property; retain, expand and grow account revenue of existing accounts and achieve overall sales target.
- Conduct sales calls and develops potential business leads.
- Conduct continuous research on potential accounts with key emphasis on corporate accounts
- Conduct telemarketing calls using contacts, referrals, the yellow pages, industry sources and other business leads.
- Assist guests and clients for ocular inspection
- Conduct and coordinate site inspections of the hotel as requested.
- Initiate or participate in sales blitzes and helps organize or coordinate hotel-hosted cocktails/functions.
- Represent the hotel in different meetings, trade professional associations and social events as needed
- Ensure complete market and competitor knowledge of all hotels within the area
- Assist in welcoming VIP guests upon check-in
- Follow through on the status of existing in-house guests
- Develop close coordination with operations to ensure execution of strategies or requests.
- Build and strengthen relationship with existing and new accounts, industry organizations and network.
- Develop new business through own network of contacts and prospecting
- Negotiate deals and contract rates with the guidance of the Sales Manager and/or DOSM
- Promote and sell hotel banquet/event spaces for corporate events, weddings, private parties, and other functions
- Handle inquiries, conduct site inspections, and present banquet/event packages to potential clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements
- Coordinate event details with internal departments including F&B, Banquets, Housekeeping, and Front Office
- Ensure smooth execution of events and follow up with clients for feedback and future business opportunities
- Ensure all negotiated contracts are signed and copies kept on file
- Gather pertinent detailed system and market information
- Create sales proposals and action plans for existing clients
- Prepare and customize quality sales presentations for meetings
- Attend internal or external training programs as requested or needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
