Position: General Virtual Assistant
Location Remote
Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM New Zealand Time
Key Responsibilities:
Email Management:
- Handle and organize emails efficiently.
- File and allocate emails to the correct folders.
- Delegate or delete emails as necessary.
- Identify emails that do not require responses.
- Reply to emails that need attention and convert them into tasks.
Financial Management (Xero):
- Manage payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Handle invoicing and payment processing.
- Reconcile transactions to maintain accurate financial records
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Xero for payroll, payments, invoicing, and transaction reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with other accounting or financial software is a plus.
- Experience in handling high volumes of emails and administrative tasks.
