We're hiring a Social Media & Admin Virtual Assistant to support one of our clients — a fast-growing Australian business in the professional services industry. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, proactive, organised, and confident handling day-to-day tasks while also managing social media content and engagement.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position combining:

1. Social Media Management

You will help the client maintain an active and engaging online presence by:

  • Scheduling posts across multiple social platforms
  • Creating educational content using templates or from scratch
  • Managing community engagement — replies, DMs, comments, inbox inquiries
  • Assisting with light copywriting for captions, posts, and updates
  • Helping improve overall brand consistency and online activity

2. Administrative Support

You'll also support the client with ongoing admin tasks, including:

  • Client onboarding and maintaining onboarding documentation
  • Managing and updating booking sheets / tracking spreadsheets
  • Preparing documents, reports, proposals, and pitch decks
  • Entering data into the CRM and keeping records up to date
  • Supporting internal operations and workflow processes
  • Providing general admin support as needed

You must be comfortable with structured admin work, documentation, and working independently.

Ideal Candidate

You'll succeed in this role if you have a blend of creativity and organisation, with experience in:

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience as a Social Media VA, Marketing VA, or Admin VA
  • Social media scheduling & platform management
  • Content creation (Canva or similar tools)
  • Strong copywriting and written English
  • Community management / engagement
  • Admin support and workflow management
  • CRM data entry and basic reporting
  • Preparing structured documents (proposals, reports, pitch decks)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in client onboarding
  • Familiarity with professional service environments
  • Ability to design simple educational posts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
