About the role

As a Hybrid Healthcare Account-CSR at LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the healthcare industry. What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests related to healthcare services
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant records and databases
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process enhancements
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive customer experience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
