Role Summary
The Psychometrician will be responsible for administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological and educational tests with precision, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical standards. The role supports healthcare and educational professionals in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention planning, contributing directly to the overall quality of care and educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer standardized psychological, educational, and occupational assessments.
  • Score and interpret test results accurately in accordance with professional and ethical guidelines.
  • Prepare clear, comprehensive, and timely test reports for use by psychologists, psychiatrists, and educators.
  • Ensure secure handling, confidentiality, and proper storage of all testing tools, data, and results.
  • Assist in data analysis and contribute to the statistical validation of tests.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to integrate assessment results into treatment or intervention plans.
  • Stay updated on advancements in psychometric tools, methodologies, and ethical practices.
  • Provide training or orientation on testing protocols to staff, when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing of test results for organizational records.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Master's degree preferred).
  • Licensed Psychometrician in the Philippines (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in psychometric testing, assessments, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of psychometric principles and testing protocols.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data/statistical analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
