About the role

CORPORATE VISIONS INC' is seeking a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Cavite Calabarzon. This full-time role will involve handling a blended account, providing excellent service and support to our valued customers. The recruitment process will be conducted virtually, with the entire process taking just one day.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  2. Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues efficiently
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and making recommendations for process improvements
  5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

What we're looking for

  1. 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software to handle customer inquiries
  5. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
