About the role

CORPORATE VISIONS INC' is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cavite City, Cavite. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to support our Australian client base during the day and mid-shift hours.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our Australian clients through inbound and outbound call handling
  2. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and courteous manner
  3. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  4. A positive, patient and professional attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  5. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
