About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our growing team at ATLAS MANPOWER EXPONENTS COMPANY INC'. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via our chat platform. This is a full-time position based in Cavite City, Cavite.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally through our chat platform
  2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up accordingly
  5. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
  6. Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
  3. Proficient in the use of various software and digital tools, including chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  4. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or chat support environment
  5. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  6. Fluency in both English and Filipino, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
