Handy Home Property Services is a fast-growing, top-rated local business in Maple Ridge, and we are looking for a tech-savvy professional to become the operational backbone of our team.

We need more than just a task-doer; we need a proactive partner. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our clients, our marketing, and our internal operations. Your work will directly allow our core team to focus on business development and on-site projects, knowing that the back office is in expert hands.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. CRM & Systems Management (Go High Level & Markate)

• Take ownership of our Go High Level and Markate CRM platforms.
• Build and monitor dashboards to track leads, conversion rates, and follow-ups so no opportunity slips through the cracks.
• Optimize pipelines and automations to ensure our systems are working as hard as we do.

2. Client Relations & Scheduling

• Act as the primary liaison for all new and existing clients via phone, email, text, and social media.
• Manage the "scheduling puzzle" for our handyman team to maximize efficiency.
• Execute a consistent follow-up process for clients who have received estimates, answering questions and helping them move forward.

3. Digital Marketing & Community Engagement

• Drive our local online presence by creating and scheduling posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor (using photos/videos of our recent projects).
• Design and send email marketing campaigns to keep our client base engaged with promotions and updates.
• Monitor social inboxes daily to qualify leads and build relationships with our community.

4. Executive Support & Accountability

• Manage the CEO's calendar, prepare meeting materials, and track key deliverables.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with the sales team to ensure tasks are on track.
• Flag bottlenecks immediately and celebrate wins with the team.

Candidate Profile: Who You Are

• Experience: You bring 2+ years of experience in administrative support, CRM management, or digital marketing coordination.
• The Tech Stack: You have hands-on, proven experience with Go High Level (mandatory). Familiarity with Markate is a huge plus.
• Communication: You are a clear, friendly, and professional communicator, both in writing and verbally.
• Creative: You know your way around Canva and can whip up a simple, attractive social media post or email header.
• Work Style: You are independent, culturally aware, and self-disciplined. You thrive in a remote environment where you manage your own focus.

Schedule & Logistics

• Hours: Part-time to start (approx. 20 hours/week) with a clear path to 40 hours per week based on performance and company growth.
• Availability: You must be available to work 5 days a week for 4 hour blocks.
• Time Zone: Work must be performed during standard business hours in the Pacific Time Zone (Vancouver/Maple Ridge time, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM window).
• Collaboration: Requires daily check-ins (video/phone) with our team.
