Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for educator inquiries via email, text, or call.
  • Provide timely assistance on scheduling, class logistics, curriculum access, tools, and platform navigation.
  • Communicate updates, reminders, and important notices clearly and professionally.
  • Support educators with class setup needs (Zoom links, materials, access to resources).
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily classes by monitoring issues and escalating when needed.
  • Monitor reports related to class quality, site feedback, or platform issues.
  • Assist educators in resolving operational problems such as tech difficulties, account access, or missing materials.
  • Escalate complex issues to leadership with clear summaries.
  • Assist in updating SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
  • Perform other duties that maintain smooth educational operations and contractor satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer support, education support, or administrative work.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), MS Office, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the capacity to manage and prioritize incoming inquiries from multiple educators..
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online platforms, Learning Management systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Attention to detail when handling documentation, schedules, and compliance requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and dynamic environment.
