About Our Client

Our client is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support their business operations remotely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience with Zoho One.

Role Overview

The Operations Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, including administrative, HR and coordination tasks, while leveraging Zoho One to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative, HR and operational activities.
  • Manage workflows and data using Zoho One (CRM, Books, Projects, People, etc.).
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Schedule meetings, organize virtual events, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using Zoho analytics tools.
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation within Zoho One.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho One suite (CRM, Books, Projects, People, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other cloud-based collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Experience with remote team coordination and virtual tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
  • Knowledge of basic HR and finance processes.
