Overview:

We are seeking a Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist to handle essential back-office tasks. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with client systems, spreadsheets, and email communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and submit forms on client portals with accuracy.
  • Aggregate and organize logistics data into clear, readable spreadsheets.
  • Request and track certificates of insurance via email correspondence.
  • Maintain internal records and documentation for compliance.
  • Perform various administrative and data entry tasks to support operations and sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple client portals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or logistics support preferred, but not required.
