Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Assistant to help grow and manage our online presence. If you're passionate about community engagement, content creation, and social media strategy, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact on brand visibility across major platforms.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: Php

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours (4 hours/day)

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (Tampa, FL Time)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule posts across multiple platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with followers through messages, interactions, and community management.
  • Provide recommendations on social media strategies and report on engagement growth.
  • Research and connect with relevant influencers and explore new media opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to strengthen the brand's online identity.

Requirements

  • Experience with GoHighLevel is a must.
  • Portfolio of social media work or content samples required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media content creation and account management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Windows, and Google tools.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms professionally or personally.
