Social Media Manager (Virtual Assistant) – Work From Home

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager (Virtual Assistant) to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.

You will be working closely with our marketing and creative teams to plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies for our company and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, etc.) across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to evaluate campaign success.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging.
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, etc.) if required.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform updates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing VA (at least 2 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with paid social advertising is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
