Overview

Join a growing personal brand as a Social Media & Video Content Manager, where creativity meets strategy. In this role, you'll own the complete social media ecosystem — from editing high-impact videos to managing and growing an engaged online community. You'll collaborate closely with the client to ensure her authentic personality and brand style are captured across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, driving both engagement and measurable business growth.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: PHP

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible within client daytime hours

Client Timezone: CT (Texas)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates, and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce one high-quality video per week that captures the client's personality and style.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Manage content distribution and ensure cross-platform optimization for maximum visibility.
  • Build and engage with the online community through comments, responses, and interactions.
  • Translate social media engagement into measurable business outcomes.
  • Balance creative video editing with strategic social media management duties.
  • Maintain a consistent and authentic brand image across all platforms.
  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Oversee the weekly content production and posting schedule.

Requirements
  • Proven video editing experience with a portfolio that demonstrates ability to capture personality and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management with a strong record of consistent engagement and growth.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social metrics and drive business impact.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous social media management and creative work (Applicants must submit portfolios).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to scale with the business.
  • Bonus: Experience working with personal brands or influencers.
