Job Title: Social Media & Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Social Media & Executive Assistant to support our growing team. This role blends social media engagement, client coordination, content creation, and executive support. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable—able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Engagement & Social Media

  • Respond to Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments.
  • Learn and adapt to each client's tone of voice and communication style.
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate internal staff for responses.

Client Management

  • Assist in managing client communications by routing emails and information.
  • Support client shoot logistics (scheduling, confirmations, call times, menus, etc.).
  • Occasionally coordinate travel and accommodations for out-of-state shoots.

Reporting

  • Prepare and send monthly client-facing reports (mainly Meta data).
  • Provide daily reports and maintain organized report archives in Google Drive or ClickUp.

Sales Support

  • Respond to Instagram/Facebook leads using templates and route to the correct team member.
  • Schedule meetings through Go High Level or Calendly.
  • Follow up on pending or unconfirmed meetings.

Content Creation

  • Create short-form videos (5–10 seconds) using CapCut in brand style.
  • Write captions tailored to each client's tone.
  • Design on-brand graphics in Canva for both clients and internal use.
  • Schedule approved content via Social Pilot.

Executive Assistance

  • Support the Founder with daily needs: scheduling, calendar invites, research, etc.
  • Assist other team members with similar tasks as workload allows.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Meta platforms and Business Suite.
  • Proficiency in TikTok trends and content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills.
  • Advanced CapCut video editing and Canva graphic design skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of food cuisines and mixology is a plus.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Go High Level, ClickUp, and Social Pilot.

Work Details

  • Remote position.
