This is an exciting opportunity to be the creative force behind a growing mental health practice's digital presence. As a Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant, you'll transform raw video content into engaging campaigns, manage multi-platform strategies, and support business development through strategic outreach. This role blends content creation, video editing, and marketing strategy, allowing you to make a real impact in maternal wellness while growing your skills in a mission-driven environment. You'll work directly with the practice owner, taking ownership of the entire content pipeline from raw footage to published posts.
Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: Php
- Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Minimum 20 hours
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM PST
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Edit and polish raw YouTube video footage (approx. 20 minutes long) into professional, engaging videos.
- Create eye-catching thumbnails, compelling headlines, and optimize content for platform performance.
- Repurpose long-form YouTube content into bite-sized Instagram posts and stories.
- Maintain consistent posting schedule across multiple social platforms.
- Research and compile targeted lists of referral partners and professional collaborators.
- Gather contact information and organize data into well-structured spreadsheets.
- Draft professional outreach emails for partnerships and networking campaigns.
- Provide general administrative support to streamline practice operations.
- Create trend-aware content tailored to mothers, the target demographic.
- Assist with content structure and basic scripting improvements for videos.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement.
Requirements
- Proven track record in social media marketing (Instagram & YouTube expertise).
- Strong video editing skills (long-form and reels). Video samples required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in lead generation, prospect research, and list building.
- Basic graphic design skills for social media assets.
- Deep understanding of engagement-driven content creation strategies.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance preferred (healthcare experience a plus).
- Excellent written communication for professional outreach.
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects consistently.
- Creative mindset for transforming raw content into compelling narratives.
- Understanding of maternal wellness/healthcare industry preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
