Job Highlights
Monthly Rate: Php 70,000+
Schedule: 40 hours per week; must be available on video calls throughout working hours – Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through comprehensive Go High Level onboarding processes
- Resolve technical issues and platform questions independently without escalation
- Conduct video-based client consultations and training sessions throughout the onboarding journey
- Ensure smooth client transitions from initial setup to successful platform implementation
- Maintain direct communication with clients via video calls and other digital channels
- Troubleshoot GHL configurations and provide technical guidance tailored to client needs
- Document onboarding processes and contribute to knowledge base development
- Collaborate with internal team members to continuously improve client experience
- Monitor client progress and proactively address potential implementation challenges
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) platform and its features
- Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional speaking ability
- Proven customer service experience in technical or SaaS environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Comfortable being on video calls with camera on throughout working hours
- SaaS experience preferred, especially in marketing automation or CRM platforms
- Bonus if you have experience with client onboarding or implementation processes
- It helps if you're familiar with marketing funnels, automation workflows, and lead management
