As a Sales Manager and valued member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in both growing and leading our sales team, along with guiding individuals and families toward financial freedom yourself. Your responsibilities will include coaching, performance management and sales.

Note: This is a remote position supporting our American based company and serving clients based in the USA.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the team of sales associates through coaching, setting individual goals and objectives, evaluating performance and providing regular feedback.
  • Supports the senior management in the development of team and individual sales targets.
  • Provides direction to the team and resolves complex problems and client complaints, as appropriate.
  • Reviews and streamlines processes and procedures to ensure the team is focused on delivering service excellence while meeting service and sales targets.
  • Participates in the recruitment of new employees by conducting interviews and consulting on candidate suitability prior to making a final decision, as required.
  • Works collaboratively with others on specific company-wide projects or initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the sales industry
  • Previous management experience
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and easily learns other programs
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Superb attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php900, Php1,200,000.00 per year
