The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Sales and Marketing Contractor to be our dedicated specialist in lead generation and brand visibility. This is a results-focused role, ideal for a self-starter who excels in a fully remote, asynchronous environment. You will be responsible for executing key strategies across both sales and marketing.

Scope of Work (Approx. 20 hours per month)

The monthly fixed fee is paid upon the successful completion of the following deliverables. The contractor must allocate time to meet targets across both disciplines:

Part 1: Sales & Lead Generation (The Pipeline)

  • Outreach Execution: Deploying a targeted, personalised outbound campaign (e.g., using Apollo or similar platforms) to qualified US-based influencers and/or marketing agencies.
  • Targeted List Building: Generating a list of high-potential prospects that match the LegalLens Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for our contract review service.
  • Initial Qualification: Identifying and scheduling an agreed-upon number of initial introductory calls for the LegalLens team.

Part 2: Digital Marketing & Engagement (The Visibility)

  • Social Media Management: Executing a defined strategy for social media engagement to increase brand awareness. This primarily includes managing content posting and community engagement on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Content Curation: Researching and cur curating relevant news, fine announcements (e.g., FTC settlements), and legal compliance trends to inform posts and outreach messaging.
  • Basic Reporting: Providing a concise monthly summary of key activities, including outreach metrics (opens, replies) and social media engagement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales, specifically within the digital or professional services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem in the US/UK, including familiarity with key platforms and trends.
  • Exceptional written communication and full professional fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and deliver specific results without requiring direct supervision.
  • Must be a Philippines-based self-employed contractor.

Compensation and Contract Details

  • Type: Fixed-fee, part-time contractor role.
  • Fee: ₱14,000 PHP
  • Flexibility: You determine your own hours to complete the scope of work within the month.
