Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policy development. Daily tasks include managing HR records, conducting interviews, handling benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will also be responsible for performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the fragrance or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations
