The Human Resources Manager leads and oversees the full spectrum of HR functions for Bravefoods Global Concepts Holdings Inc. and its affiliates. This role ensures the strategic alignment of HR initiatives with company goals and fosters a compliant, high-performing, and people-centered culture. The HR Manager is responsible for core functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, labor compliance, and policy implementation.

The position also provides support to franchise partners in recruitment and onboarding when needed, helping ensure consistent HR standards across all entities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition and Staffing

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across all levels.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interviews, selection, and job offers.
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Assist franchisees in recruitment and onboarding to ensure alignment with company standards.

2. Employee Relations and Workplace Culture

  • Promote a healthy, respectful, and performance-driven workplace.
  • Resolve employee concerns through mediation, coaching, and formal investigations when necessary.
  • Lead employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

3. Performance and Conduct Management

  • Implement and oversee performance management systems.
  • Support department heads in goal-setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure that all disciplinary procedures follow due process and are documented per company policy and labor law.

4. Training and Organizational Development

  • Conduct training needs analysis and build relevant programs to upskill teams.
  • Lead onboarding for new hires, including franchise staff when required.
  • Promote career growth through coaching, mentoring, and development plans.

5. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Oversight

  • Monitor salary structures to remain competitive and compliant with wage orders.
  • Coordinate with Accounting for timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including HMO, government-mandated benefits, and internal perks.

6. HR Policies, Compliance, and Audit Readiness

  • Draft, implement, and update the company's HR policies and manuals.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and relevant DOLE issuances.
  • Lead internal HR audits and support external compliance reviews.

7. HR Systems, Documentation, and Analytics

  • Maintain employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism).
  • Use HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.

8. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Participate in strategic planning and organizational restructuring discussions.
  • Develop and manage the annual HR budget.
  • Provide counsel to senior management on HR-related risks, strategies, and opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
