About the role

KIMSTORE ENTERPRISE CORP.' is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As the HR Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the people strategy and culture of our fast-growing organisation. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support the company's strategic goals
  • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce
  • Manage employee performance, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation
  • Address employee concerns and resolve any workplace issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with the company's overall business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and ensure the company's compliance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programmes
  • Proficient in using HR-related software and technology
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business objectives
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
