About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Vicma Marketing Corporation. This full-time role is based in New Manila, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall HR strategy and ensuring the effective management of all HR-related activities within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing and coordinating all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance organisational efficiency and employee engagement
  • Providing strategic HR advice and support to the leadership team, helping to align HR initiatives with the company's business objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Managing the HR team and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organisational change and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • With minimum of 5 years experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the consulting or generalist HR industry
  • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data management
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
