Job Overview:

The HR Manager will play a key role in managing and optimizing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a hands-on and proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Lead recruitment efforts for all levels of positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive employee experience.

  • Employee Relations:

Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management on HR-related issues. Handle conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Performance Management:

Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance reviews. Provide coaching to managers to help them effectively manage employee performance.

  • Training & Development:

Identify learning and development needs and facilitate relevant training programs. Support leadership development and career progression initiatives within the organization.

  • Compensation & Benefits:

Assist in the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Work with finance and management to ensure that compensation packages are aligned with industry standards.

  • Compliance & Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Regularly update and communicate company policies to staff.

  • HR Systems & Reporting:

Oversee HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and maintain accurate employee records. Prepare reports for senior leadership on HR metrics and trends.

  • Employee Engagement & Retention:

Foster a positive and engaging work environment by leading employee engagement initiatives and promoting a culture of recognition and feedback. Implement strategies to improve employee retention.

  • Organizational Development:

Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide input on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
