About the role

As an HR Manager at the Borough Medical Care Institute Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in driving the human resources strategy and operations for this dynamic healthcare organisation. Based in Pasay City Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and design effective HR solutions
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction
  • Leading the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Spearheading employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Proven track record in driving employee engagement and talent management initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
