The Opportunity at a Glance

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to support and execute the marketing strategy of a well-established educational tutoring group. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing digital marketing activities, optimising web performance, and executing campaigns that drive enrolments and strengthen brand awareness. You'll work across Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms, while also coordinating website updates and marketing communications.

The ideal candidate is a versatile marketing generalist — strategic, hands-on, and eager to contribute ideas that make a measurable impact.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead the migration of the company's existing website to a new domain, ensuring all SEO value and functionality are preserved.

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, from keyword targeting and ad copywriting to ROI reporting and bid adjustments.

• Conduct in-depth SEO keyword research, implement on-page strategies, and improve domain authority through ethical backlink building.

• Manage social media advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms — developing engaging ad copy and tracking performance.

• Maintain and update the company's WordPress website, uploading content, publishing SEO-friendly blogs, and coordinating with developers when needed.

• Design and execute lead nurturing systems that enhance conversion rates across the customer journey.

• Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, and paid media) to drive brand engagement and leads.

• Manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent posting and timely engagement.

• Create marketing collateral using Canva, including digital assets, flyers, and event promotions.

• Support video editing and content creation for promotional and educational materials.

• Analyse marketing performance and prepare regular reports with data-driven recommendations.

• Collaborate on community engagement initiatives such as partnerships with schools, clubs, and local organisations.

 
What We're Looking For – You're the Perfect Fit if You:

• Have 3–5 years of experience as a marketing executive, coordinator, or generalist.

• Have solid experience managing Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing campaigns.

• Are confident managing WordPress websites (non-developer level).

• Are proficient in Canva and have experience with basic video editing.

• Are familiar with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.

• Have exceptional organisational, communication, and project management skills.

• Are self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Have a genuine interest in education and a passion for helping students succeed.
