The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the agency's brand visibility and support client growth. This role demands a high level of accountability, marketing expertise, and the ability to translate strategy into impactful campaigns. The Marketing Executive works directly and collaboratively with clients to understand their business objectives, develop tailored marketing strategies, and ensure successful execution of campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Pitch Development & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their marketing objectives, brand positioning, and campaign goals.
  • Own the end-to-end development of client pitches — from research and concept development to final deck presentation.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to support data-driven strategies and actionable insights.
  • Translate client briefs and brand strategies into compelling and customized proposals.
  • Confidently deliver and defend marketing recommendations and campaign plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate client strategies and drive brand growth.

2. Creative Content Leadership

  • Lead the creation and refinement of branding and promotional materials that effectively communicate campaign messages.
  • Ensure all materials meet high creative and strategic standards, aligned with brand identity and positioning.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Take ownership of campaign messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing assets.

3. Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Newsletters, Website).
  • Manage both organic and paid media campaigns, including targeting, ad optimization, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and implement strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine content performance and audience engagement.
  • Ensure all digital content aligns with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.

4. On-Ground Event & Activation Oversight

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of brand activations, pop-up events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Oversee event logistics, branding, supplier coordination, and on-site execution to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Ensure alignment of event objectives with broader campaign strategies.
  • Measure and evaluate event performance against defined KPIs and provide post-event reports with insights and recommendations.

5. Campaign Execution & Partnership Management

  • Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to completion.
  • Handle end-to-end influencer/KOL coordination — sourcing, briefing, content alignment, and performance tracking.
  • Secure and manage media placements, PR mentions, advertorials, and other promotional opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships that can enhance campaign reach and impact.
  • Track campaign results and provide data-driven reports and recommendations.

6. Reporting, Compliance & Accountability

  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records of pitches, campaigns, budgets, and performance analytics.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines for all marketing activities.
  • Take full accountability for assigned campaigns and ensure objectives are met or exceeded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
