About the role

Madison Square Marketing is seeking a talented and driven Sales Retail Marketing Manager to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement for our retail business of Japanese Imported Food Products.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote our retail products and services
  • Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and deliver targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, and continuously optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, operations) to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts
  • Identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and technologies in the retail industry to enhance customer engagement and sales
  • Providing training and guidance to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our products and services

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the retail industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and customer acquisition
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the retail industry, and the ability to leverage them to enhance customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
