Supplies Inventory Management

  1. Facilitates Customer supply requests from AE and Centers

  2. Customer Supplies PO Creation and request for approval

  3. Manage Supplies cost based on approved VOC budget cost

  4. Weekly checking/counting of supplies inventory

  5. Create and maintain Supplies Inventory Tracker

  6. Create and maintain a Supplies Cost Tracker to ensure on-time payment to vendors

  7. Regularly cross-check AEs supplies requests with actual customer usage trend

  8. Coordinate with Major/Top customers and ensure that supplies inventory are healthy on customer's site

  9. Facilitate and manage any customized request about supplies that may arise

  10. Ensure and monitor end to end supplies delivery from origin center to AE's customer site drop off

  11. Any tasks that may be assigned by the Sales leadership in connection with supplies management.

Sales Vendor Management

  1. Ensure all sales vendors' contracts are in place and updated

  2. On time renewal of sales vendors contract

  3. Creating and timely renewal of sales vendors VOC if needed

  4. Create and maintain a cost tracker per vendor to ensure updated billing, on-time payments, and VOC remaining budget (if any)

  5. Ensure all sales vendors concerns and issues are being addressed on a timely manner

  6. Main point of contact for all sales vendors (day-to-day communications)

  7. Ensure correct PO creation and approval for all sales vendors (NON SUPPLIES VENDORS) 8. Any sales vendors tasks that may be assigned by the Sales leadership.

Sales Admin Tasks

  1. Track and trace of shipments as necessary

  2. Waybill creation for Import and Export as requested and adhoc basis

  3. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and local operations management to route, pick-up, deliver and/or trace shipments as necessary.

  4. Update shipment monitoring report and any ad-hoc customized tasks.

  5. Basic customer inquiry responses via email or call as needed

  6. Processing international shipments utilizing web-based programs; ensuring specific customer requirements are followed (adhoc request by AE)

  7. Regular updates or escalations to the Account Manager in-charge (as needed) 8. Other sales administrative duties as assigned by Sales Leadership

Location: Pascor Drive, Bgy. Sto Nino, Paranaque City

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
