Requirements:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Assisting all sales agent for documentation
- Processing sample request for the customer
- Processing purchase order
- Checking new items and prices for the sales agents
- Sales consolidation reports
- Assisting customer for showroom visit and prepare all needed
- Handling customer inquiries and emails
- Ensure customer information and requirements are complete
