Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing & Social Media Management

  2. Manage and update TurBel's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

  3. Create and schedule content (posts, product highlights, promotions, announcements).
  4. Coordinate with suppliers for marketing materials and brand guidelines.
  5. Track engagement, inquiries, and online leads; prepare monthly performance reports.

  6. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.

  7. Inside Sales Support

  8. Handle online and phone inquiries; provide basic product information and direct leads to the sales team.

  9. Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and order forms.
  10. Assist in follow-ups with customers for POs, deliveries, or documentation requirements.
  11. Maintain and update customer database (CRM or tracker).

  12. Support sales personnel with scheduling, coordination, and sales reporting.

  13. Office Administration

  14. Handle office documentation, filing, and record management (sales reports, invoices, delivery receipts, etc.).

  15. Assist in coordinating deliveries with warehouse/operations team.
  16. Monitor office supplies and basic administrative needs.
  17. Prepare simple memos, letters, and internal communications.
  18. Support the Managing Director and Sales Team for ad hoc admin tasks.

Qualifications

  • Preferably residing in Parañaque, Pasay or nearby South Metro areas.
  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • With at least 6 months to 2 years work experience in marketing, sales support, or admin (fresh grads may be considered).
  • Proficient in social media management and basic graphic/layout tools (Canva, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
