About the role

Coalesce Sales Incorporated is seeking a committed and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Safety Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and overall compliance of our construction operations. What you'll be doing

  • Oversee overall construction operations from pre-site inspection up until post construction evaluation
  • Filling up comprehensive reports after every meeting / site inspection.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Officer that is committed to do fully-onsite work
  • With experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in the construction industry
  • With experience in handling installers and other personel
  • Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and influence employees at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for promoting a safe work environment
  • Plus if you know how to drive a car
