About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our offshore finance team as a full-time independent contractor. You will play a critical role in managing high-volume accounts payable operations remotely, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for our Australian head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, match, and code high-volume invoices and purchase orders

  • Maintain vendor and supplier records with full documentation

  • Manage credit card and employee expense claims

  • Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment runs

  • Ensure compliance with Australian GST/FBT regulations

  • Respond to creditor queries and support internal/external audits

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience (Australian or international)

  • Experience with Pronto ERP (preferred) or similar accounting systems

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume processing

  • Good understanding of Australian GST/FBT compliance

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

  • Competitive compensation: ₱75,000–₱100,000/month
