Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team.
- Ensure vendor invoices and travel & entertainment expenses follow approval processes, are correctly coded, expensed timely, and paid according to terms.
- Perform compliance reviews on travel & entertainment expenses, verifying documentation and approvals.
- Process bank transfer requests, obtaining foreign currency as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with minimum 3 years' experience in accounts payable or accounting. Strong academic record, curiosity, and creative thinking are essential. Good English communication skills, both written and oral, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are required.
This role is based in Manila and reports to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable. The expected workplace is Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process vendor invoices and expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews of travel & entertainment expenses to ensure accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payment processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts payable or accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
