Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the outflow of financial resources, including bill processing, payments, expense reimbursements, and vendor record maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Netsuite, and BILL, is also required.
- Manage the accounts payable process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process bills and payments, verify vendor information, and maintain accurate and complete records.
- Monitor and enforce payment terms, resolve discrepancies, and ensure credit is received for outstanding memos.
- Perform reconciliations of payable accounts and assist in month-end closing activities.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Proven working experience as an accounts payable clerk.
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
