About the role

Linkage Foods Ventures Corporation is seeking a passionate and experienced Commissary Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art commissary kitchen.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the daily activities and workflows in the commissary kitchen to maximise productivity and quality
  2. Coordinating the work of kitchen staff including chefs, cooks, and food preparation personnel
  3. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary ingredients and supplies
  4. Ensuring all food preparation, storage, and handling processes adhere to strict health and safety standards
  5. Troubleshooting any issues that arise and implementing corrective actions as needed
  6. Providing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff to continuously improve their skills
  7. Collaborating with the production planning team to optimise the kitchen's output and meet company targets

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a commercial or industrial kitchen environment
  2. Thorough understanding of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and kitchen operations
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Proficient in inventory management, production planning, and performance tracking
  6. Passion for delivering high-quality food products and a commitment to continuous improvement
  7. Willing to be assigned in shifting schedule (mid and night shift, work on Special / Regular Holiday).
