Location: F Mariano Ave, Pasig, 1611 Kalakhang Maynila

We're looking for dedicated and skilled Commissary Staff to support the daily operations of our kitchen. You'll play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency, and keeping the commissary running smoothly. You'll work closely with fellow team members and report directly to the Commissary Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Prep Ingredients: Chop, slice, dice, and marinate as needed for daily production.
  • Cook & Assemble: Prepare menu items with consistency and quality in mind.
  • Use Equipment Safely: Operate grills, ovens, fryers, mixers, and more — following all safety protocols.
  • Ensure Quality: Monitor food taste, presentation, and portioning for every dish.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your station and the commissary clean, sanitized, and compliant with food safety standards.
  • Support Inventory: Help track inventory, receive supplies, and record production data accurately.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Communicate and coordinate with fellow staff for smooth kitchen operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High school graduate; a Culinary degree or certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a commissary, cloud kitchen, or fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Skills: Strong cooking fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and sanitation best practices.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed.
