Ang Commissary Head ang namumuno sa buong operasyon ng commissary. Siya ang responsable sa pagpaplano, pagsasaayos, at pagsubaybay ng produksyon ng pagkain, inventory ng sangkap, at maayos na dispatch sa mga tindahan. Tinitiyak niya na ang lahat ng produkto ay de-kalidad, ligtas sa pagkain, at naaayon sa itinakdang pamantayan ng kompanya.

Pangunahing Tungkulin:

1. Pamumuno at Pangangasiwa sa Produksyon

  • Pinamumunuan ang mga commissary staff sa araw-araw na operasyon ng pagluluto, paghahanda, at pagdi-dispatch ng pagkain.
  • Tinitiyak na nasusunod ang production schedule at recipe standards.
  • Nagsasagawa ng regular na briefing at pagbibigay ng instructions sa mga tauhan.

2. Pagplaplano at Pagmomonitor ng Inventory

  • Nagbabantay sa tamang paggamit at paggalaw ng raw materials, packaging, at finished products.
  • Nagsasagawa ng regular na inventory at tinitiyak ang accuracy ng mga record.
  • Nakikipag-ugnayan sa Purchasing o Warehouse para sa mga kulang na supply.
  • Tinitiyak ang tamang storage at pag-ikot ng stock (FIFO system).

3. Kontrol sa Kalidad at Kalinisan

  • Sinisiguro na lahat ng pagkain ay maayos ang pagkakaluto at pasok sa quality standards ng brand.
  • Pinangangasiwaan ang pagsunod ng staff sa food safety at sanitation guidelines.
  • Regular na nag-iinspeksyon ng commissary area para sa kalinisan at kaayusan.

4. Pagdi-dispatch at Koordinasyon sa Mga Tindahan

  • Tinitiyak na tama, kumpleto, at nasa tamang oras ang pagdi-dispatch ng produkto sa bawat branch.
  • Nakikipag-ugnayan sa store managers tungkol sa production requirements o feedback sa produkto.

5. Admin at Reporting

  • Gumagawa ng daily production reports, inventory summaries, at wastage reports.
  • Nagbibigay ng rekomendasyon sa management para sa efficiency o cost-saving improvements.
  • Nagsasagawa ng basic training at performance evaluation sa commissary team.

Qualifications:

  • Nakatapos ng kolehiyo o vocational course sa Culinary, Food Technology, o kaugnay na larangan.
  • May karanasan bilang Commissary Supervisor o Head ng hindi bababa sa 2 taon.
  • Marunong sa production planning, inventory management, at food safety standards.
  • May kakayahang mamuno at magpatupad ng disiplina sa team.
  • Maayos sa pakikipag-ugnayan, mahusay magdesisyon, at kayang magtrabaho sa pressure.
